Child Safety Standards

Last updated February 4, 2026

IIWIARS ("If I Was In A Reality Show") is an anonymous venting platform operated by Weltic SRL, a Belgian company registered in Beauvechain. This page describes the Child Safety Standards that apply to all content and activity on https://iiwiars.com (the "Site") and within the IIWIARS application.

1. Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

IIWIARS has a zero-tolerance policy for any content that involves, depicts, promotes, normalizes, or facilitates child sexual abuse or exploitation ("CSAE"). CSAE is strictly prohibited on IIWIARS.

Prohibited CSAE content includes, without limitation:

  • Any sexual content involving a child or minor
  • Any depiction (real or fictional), description, or solicitation of sexual acts involving a child or minor
  • Content that sexualizes minors, including grooming behaviors or attempts to obtain sexual content from minors
  • Any links, instructions, or attempts to distribute, access, or trade CSAE material
  • Any content that encourages, supports, or facilitates child exploitation or abuse

2. Protection of Minors and Age Requirements

IIWIARS is intended for users aged 13 and above. To submit stories or comments, users must authenticate using external OpenID-based identity providers (for example, Google or Facebook). These third-party services generally require users to meet their own age requirements and do not provide standard account access for young children.

Regardless of eligibility rules, IIWIARS does not allow content that endangers minors or includes sexual content involving minors in any form.

3. Moderation, Enforcement, and Immediate Action

IIWIARS enforces these standards through moderation and account enforcement measures. We reserve the right to remove content and take appropriate action at our sole discretion, including suspension or termination of accounts, where content violates these Child Safety Standards, our Terms and Conditions, or applicable law.

Stories submitted to IIWIARS are manually reviewed before publication. Comments are published immediately and are reviewed after posting. We may remove content at any time.

4. Reporting CSAE and Other Child Safety Concerns

Users may report content that may violate these standards. If you encounter content that appears to involve CSAE or places a child at risk, please report it immediately.

You can contact us at: [email protected].

5. Cooperation With Authorities

IIWIARS may preserve information and cooperate with competent authorities when we believe it is necessary to comply with applicable law or to respond to lawful requests, including in matters related to CSAE or child safety.

6. Scope and Applicability

These Child Safety Standards apply to all users, all submitted content (including stories and comments), and any use of the IIWIARS platform. Violations may result in content removal, account restriction or termination, and other actions as appropriate.

7. Updates to This Policy

We may update these Child Safety Standards from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of IIWIARS after changes indicates acceptance of the updated standards.

8. Related Policies

These Child Safety Standards supplement the IIWIARS Terms and Conditions. Please also review: https://iiwiars.com/terms-and-conditions.
