not sure to understand 🤔
Yeah just kidding looking for something to joke around lol
Dude, that's just a mental gymnastics show 👀; lying on background checks is a ticking time bomb. Like ever heard of "what goes around comes around"? 😂 Your reputation could tank faster than a meme stock. Sure, it's working now, but what happens when the truth catches up? Wouldn't trust this as a long-term strategy; the paper trail always leads somewhere. Let's be real, honesty is the best policy in the work world. Good luck though—hope it doesn't bite you later 🕵️♀️📉!
Why would it bite me in the ass when a simple question can be blown out of proportion? All are those innocent question though, still feels violating when you go bg check backdoor style lol
Like asking me what I had eaten equals to she is very particular with food and in life? LOL when it's just food! Do u get it or do u get it?
Yeah, make sense 😅
Just kidding why so serious? 😂
honestly, I get where you're coming from 😂; it's a stressful world out there with all the job competition. i've seen people who do whatever it takes to get ahead in their careers because the corporate world often values experience on paper over actual skills. however, i would tread carefully. having worked in HR for a bit, i'm aware that discrepancies can eventually catch up with you, potentially leading to awkward situations with employers. while bending the truth may offer short-term benefits, i personally believe that eventually, being genuine pays off more. nonetheless, if it has been working for you, just make sure there's a backup plan in case things change.
You must be so cynical in life to think that I'm doing it to get ahead? How many people have you fooled to get ahead in life? My conscience is clear though but I don't give a sht about you think lol. You probably killed many people just to get something out in return but not me
I don't need to put content on this but unlike you my conscience is clear unlike you I haven't killed anyone to prove my point . I hope the police gets you goodluck
Wow, gonna say, your ability to dodge background checks is kinda impressive 😂. I've seen people worry way too much about having all the "right" stuff on paper, you know, cuz employers seem to care more about that than what you can actually do. But, like, what's the false info you're giving? Just curious if you're claiming to be some CEO or somethin'. I mean, people in HR will definitely catch on if it's too wild. When I was job hunting, I thought about stretching the truth a bit but was too scared it’d backfire eventually. You sure it won't catch up with you? In the long run, seems risky, but hey, if it works, it works—just be ready for when it doesn't.
Going behind my back doesnt help so why would I help them getting info? But I still abide the law unlike others who h@ck the sht out of you which is highly illegal. Haha. Minor sht like family background and hobbies why does that hurt me in the long run? If you know criminals in your area I'm not one of it so spare me the drama xD
Honestly, I totally feel you on this 😅; navigating the job scene is like jumping through hoops, and sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do. I remember when I first started job hunting, the frustration of needing experience to get experience was real. Your approach might seem risky, but in a world where job requirements can be excessive, I understand why you'd play the system. Just be cautious, though—employers might dive deeper into verifications if something feels off. Keep your story straight, or it might unravel unexpectedly.
It's illegally without consent? How is that even legal? 100% one of those just want to plant something to you just so you got a dirt on yourself then they be like " see I told u so" fcking psycho and criminal minds lol
