The story

I'm in the year before university and it's clearly the most important year. I'm not doing extremely badly, but it's exam week and I'm under so much stress that I just want to cry and not even study.

I totally get it, exam weeks are the worst!!! 😩 Back when I was in school, I felt the pressure too. Just remember that this stress is temporary; you'll get through it! Take small breaks for your sanity and do some deep breathing exercises; they can work wonders. You got this!!!!

man, i feel you, exam week can feel like you're drowning with no lifeline in sight. the pressure to perform is brutal but remember, it's not the end of the world if things don't go perfectly. focus on doing what you can and try not to let it consume you; a bit of perspective goes a long way. sometimes just accepting that feeling stressed is part of the process makes it slightly more bearable.

I completely understand where you're coming from! Exam stress is so overwhelming, but try to remember that it's a stepping stone to bigger opportunities; 😊. Be kind to yourself and acknowledge the effort you're putting in: small victories count too! Keep pushing through, and soon you'll be looking back at this as just one of those challenging moments you conquered; you've got this!!!

it's essential to consider that the pressure you're experiencing may be partly self-imposed; remember, everyone feels overwhelmed at some point. Perhaps redirecting your focus on manageable tasks and setting realistic goals for each day might help alleviate the burden. "This too shall pass" is an adage that holds true, reminding us that current challenges are temporary; stay resilient and maintain a balance between work and well-being.
