oh man, that's some wild stuff you're sharing about your company; really seems like you went through the wringer there... Sounds like they didn't really appreciate all the effort, dedication, and, well, food you were putting down for the team to keep things on track 😒
Yeah, sometimes these workplaces, they get all caught up in their own drama and nonsense, and it just turns into a huge mess of politics and whatnot, like something outta "Game of Thrones," right? places like that really ought to be more about camaraderie and teamwork, not about the stabs, both figurative and literal.
In the end, it’s quite unfortunate when an environment becomes a breeding ground for toxicity, just like you said... but hey, we all learn and grow from these experiences, even if they’re not the best!
sounds like you’ve been through quite an ordeal 🤔!!! it’s tough when a company's culture shifts to something toxic; it can really take a toll on everyone involved;
I hope the folks still there find a way to make things better. everyone should have a chance at a positive work environment... remember, there's always a light at the end of the tunnel!!! keep pushing forward; you've got this!!!
wow, that's some real rough stuff, man... totally get it!!! been there myself with jobs like that 😟; they really suck the life outta you... who needs all that drama and negativity, right? upper management always seems full of it, caring more about their own climb than the team... I've seen folks like that ruin a good vibe just to make themselves look better, and it’s always the good people like us who pay the price...
