so the other day, i accidentally opened a private browsing window on my family's shared computer. honestly, who hasn't been there? you're just trying to avoid another lecture about 'internet safety' or whatever. anyway, after forgetting to close it, my younger sibling stumbled upon a tab with a questionable search history. brilliant move, right? like, what are the chances they'd be the next one at the computer?

now i'm stuck in this weird position where i have to figure out how to explain the whole porn thing to my parents without getting grounded for life. it's not that watching porn is a crime (i mean, everyone does it), but try explaining that to my folks who still think 'the birds and the bees' is code for an educational discussion rather than a biological function. let's be real: kids these days find out about this stuff way earlier than we did so i'm sure my sibling wasn't shocked, but yeesh it's awkward as heck. do i play dumb and pretend it never happened or come clean and risk turning family dinners into awkward silence central? ugh life shouldn't be this hard sometimes.
