How can I help my friend?

One of my best friends told me that she doesn’t save money because since she lost her grandpa she’s more focused in the present and not in the future. And I felt a little bit sad because if you’re saving money it’s for your future, in my case per example I’m saving money since two months ago because I wanna move on from home in July and thanks God I don’t have any kind of debt by now. But still makes me kinda sad to think that she doesn’t care about it. So I don’t know, maybe it’s her lifestyle and I should respect it or I don’t know maybe I should give her an advice about this topic. Or maybe she saves a little bit but she doesn’t wanna share it and it’s totally valid too. So, I don’t know.
