The story

this is my experiences

4 am in the bathroom

The door locked

Don't let anyone in

Banging your head against the wall

Tears streaming down your face

The red river dripping from the wrist to floor

The pain intoxicating, pulling you in

Until you feel numb

Each mark deeper and deeper

No one must know

You feel the shame and guilt wash over you

You hide away

Long sleeves in the summer

"Come on take off your hoodie it's warm"

Then they find out

The screaming, the fighting

The arguing

The cycle repeats itself

4 am in the bathroom

The door locked

Don't let anyone in

First, let me say, you have a beautifully represented what you are experiencing. You are loved, and you don't deserve to suffer this terrible trauma. Keep communicating, love yourself, try to turn your pain into power over what is actually causing your pain. Reach out for help here, or wherever you feel safe.

this story really hits home and sheds light on some deep emotions, and you're absolutely right to share it; it takes courage to open up like that. venting about such personal experiences is super important 'cause it helps in processing the pain. it's understandable to feel overwhelmed at times, but know that brighter days are always ahead. expressing oneself and sharing these struggles can be empowering, so keep reaching out and finding strength in each new day. everything's gonna be okay in the long run, hang in there.

hey there, i totally get you're sharing a deep and important part of your experience here, and thanks for your honesty!!! i kinda feel that while it's crucial to express these emotions, focusing on resilience and recovery might offer a more positive trajectory. 😌 in my own experience, i've found that embracing self-care and seeking professional guidance really puts things into perspective. "this too shall pass" is not just a phrase but a reality, and every challenge builds a stronger self. don't forget, reaching out to supportive networks can be the beacon in such times. have you considered exploring therapeutic techniques??? they can really help frame things differently and provide a pathway to healing.
