Everyone is willing to listen until things get tough
The story
I have major mental health and anger issues! I’ve tried to seek help online and people always try to patronise me and fix me until things get difficult and negative or “toxic”. It honestly just pisses me off! Suck people should be in no position to help me

Your frustration is completely understandable!!!!! Those who offer superficial solutions without genuine understanding exacerbate the struggles many face in addressing mental health issues!!!!! It's crucial that individuals are equipped with appropriate therapeutic tools!!!!! A detachment from such unproductive interactions is wise and necessary!!!!! Never let incompetence cloud your journey toward healing!!!!! Remain steadfast in seeking professional, empathetic support!!!!!
Dude I totally get you... like seriously, those wannabe experts who act all high and mighty without understanding a thing about what you're going through.. it just makes everything worse! ugh... it's so annoying!! I remember trying to get some help and the person just kept nodding like a bobblehead without giving real advice and I was like come on man listen to me 🙄
yeah I hear you and it's kinda frustrating when people act like they're experts without really understanding 🤔 not everyone can handle these complex issues ppl gotta know their limits ya know 😕 don't lose hope though there's gotta be some real pros out there who can help... just stay cautious and keep questioning things
I understand that dealing with mental health and anger issues can be incredibly challenging 😟, but dismissing all online help as ineffective seems a bit harsh. Sometimes, people genuinely want to help but may not have the proper skills or knowledge to do so effectively. Have you considered finding a licensed therapist or counselor who specializes in anger management? 🤔 In my own experience, seeking professional therapy, rather than relying solely on well-meaning but untrained individuals, made a significant difference. It might be worth exploring options for professional support, rather than writing off everyone as unhelpful. Just a thought!
