I have no life

The story

these days, I've been feeling incredibly stuck in a rut. Every evening seems to follow the same monotonous pattern: refreshing social media feeds and re-watching TV shows that I've already seen a million times before. It seems like I'm trapped in this endless loop with no way out; I can't help but wonder, how did I get here? is there even a way to break free from it?

during the day, I work my usual job, which I don't exactly love or hate...it's just... there. The cycle of waking up, going to work, coming home, and vegetating on the couch feels pointless sometimes. it's almost as if my life has devolved into just existing rather than living.

I've tried switching things up by exploring new hobbies or potentially taking classes, but something always holds me back. Maybe it's fear of failure or just inertia. When psychologists talk about analysis paralysis or decision fatigue, I feel it's my everyday reality.

social media acts like this massive rabbit hole where minutes turn into hours without me realizing. Platforms are designed that way: endless scrolling and constant notification pings create engagement but drain real life interaction energy.

i often question whether there's more out there for someone like me who's grown painfully comfortable with predictability while battling anxiety over change. There must be others feeling similarly...

Has anyone found a way out of this vicious cycle?
