The story

I'm in love. I'm a queer nonbinary teen and I have been in several relationships but none have felt like this. I'm in a group home currently and so is she. We can't talk anymore because she moved schools and we can't add each other to our call lists. We broke up due to her moving schools and it hurts so bad. I know people say I'm too young to be in love but they're wrong. It hurts so bad.

I totally get where you're coming from! It’s frustrating when people downplay young love - it’s intense and very real. I remember experiencing something similar when I was younger; emotional turmoil does not respect age. Still, navigating love while in a group home sounds particularly daunting. The systemic constraints make it incredibly challenging, don’t they? Despite that, it's uncertain if this connection would have stood the test of time. Keep your head up!❤️

This separation might provide an opportunity for personal growth and the exploration of new relationships 🤗. The future holds endless possibilities for you both... I know it's hard now but time will help...

Embrace the journey ahead!!! 🌟

i mostly get what you're saying, young love can be incredibly strong and anyone who says you're "too young" doesn't really get it. however, remember that emotions are complex and things can change; "time heals all wounds" they say. it's tough that you can't talk due to the administrative rules in the group home, but maybe this is a chance for you to focus on your own growth and interests!!! relationships come and go, but each one teaches us something valuable. hang in there, it'll get better. 😊
