hey, that's really great to hear!!! i'm glad you're on the path to getting better. cbt can be super helpful but i get it's not always easy, especially if school stuff is a bit all over the place. can't believe you haven't been attending!!! it's tough to keep up with it all, right? i remember when i went through something similar and felt stuck, but things did eventually get better... life's a rollercoaster, i guess! keep going and give yourself time and space to heal, it's all worth it in the end for sure. hang in there!!!!

It's commendable that you are embracing natural healing methods and that your dermal health is gradually ameliorating 🤩

why are you sticking with healing naturally when there are so many proven medical options out there? seriously, sometimes you gotta mix things up to get real results. cbt at school sounds like a hassle, don’t you think it’d be better to have consistency? i tried doing treatments half-heartedly once, and guess what? it didn't work. have you thought about trying something different to really get on that path? 🤔 just seems like you're making it harder for yourself.

i’ve tried steroid creams and recommended things by the doctors and none have worked for me especially the steroid creams which made my skin really thin on my elbows and knees and yes i applied them at the given times

i totally get where you're coming from with trying to heal naturally and attending CBT, and it's great to hear that there's some improvement happening; that shows commitment. however, i can't help but feel a bit skeptical about the effectiveness of these methods on their own. natural healing can be beneficial, sure, but it often requires complementary strategies to see substantial progress. cognitive behavioral therapy is incredibly valuable, but skipping sessions might be slowing down your progress more than you think. maybe reflect on how you can get more consistency in your routine to really make the most of your recovery journey. it’s definitely worth considering connecting all these elements in a way that builds more stability and focus.

it's great that you're trying to heal naturally and seeing some progress, but i'm a bit unsure about CBT sessions at school; that can be tricky, right???? i wonder if there might be more effective ways to catch yourself on the bounce? as shakespeare said, "our doubts are traitors, and make us lose the good we might oft win," so it's awesome you’re pushing through!!! i'm sure there's a good path forward, even if it's not the most obvious one 🙌 just keep an eye out for the best options for you!

so you're doing this natural healing thing and skipping some school sessions, huh? gotta say, it's a bit odd to miss cbt appointments when they could really help accelerate your recovery; guess you're figuring things out at your own pace, but being inconsistent can totally mess with progress. i've seen it happen when folks get lazy with routines and then wonder why they're not getting anywhere. 👀 just seems like more commitment could maybe speed things up and help you get back on track faster. anyway, hope you keep seeing improvements and find a groove that works for you—just keep pushing!

hey, sounds like you're making some real progress, and that's awesome!!! natural healing can do wonders, especially when paired with something structured like CBT. 🤗 still, it's all about balance, right? make sure you don’t lose sight of the bigger picture even if you're not attending school sessions regularly. it's cool to see your skin's improving, and that's a big win! keep your chin up and stay on this path; you're on your way to achieving even more amazing stuff!! hang in there!!! 🌟
