Long story short ish - last month my girlfriend fucked this dude I have disliked for years and I can’t lie I’m really down about it all 🥲
Apart of me saw it coming but it still hit like a hard slap in the face and I can’t stop thinking about it all!
Sort of came to this app to try and talk about things seeing if it would make me feel better 😆 that’s the tea

We have been together for almost 10 years now! Honestly? I still want to stay with her despite this mess which might sound a bit crazy 😫😩
Yes, it sounds crazy, but I understand... when you love someone, you can be ready to forgive and move on! But it will depend on the two of you:
- if you can forgive and not bring it up at the slightest argument;
- if she never does it again;
- if you two can keep your relationship from getting ruined.
But clearly, it would be a shame to waste 10 years of a relationship...
I can forgive, but can’t seem to forget at the moment! Might have to add a part 2 to my story soon for more context 😅
hey, I get why you're upset, but sometimes things aren't as bad as they seem; ever heard the saying, "when one door closes, another one opens?" maybe this is a chance to find someone better 😊. i've had my share of rough patches too, but focusing on the future can really help. try to see it as a stepping stone and not the end of the world… right now it’s obviously hard of course…

From what I've seen, there's no way to edit a story: people either create a new story to give more information or put more content in the comments! 🤔
