Yo, I totally get where you're comin' from with this scenario..!! 🤔😅 We all have those moments when we clam up, you know? It's not easy to just spill your guts, especially after a heated argument..!! The silent treatment can be a bit rough, but sometimes it's just our way of processin' stuff..!!🙌 Just take your time and maybe try to open up when you're ready.. It could help bring some peace..!!😊 Keep your chin up, you've got this..!!!

man, i feel ya on this. those mom arguments can really mess with your head and throw you off. sometimes staying quiet seems like the only way to, like, protect yourself; it's just how we cope when words ain't enough 😑 giving the silent treatment might suck, but it's almost like a coping strategy in those heated moments. try to wait it out till you're ready to talk again... sometimes that's all you can do.

Hey there! 🤗 It's understandable to feel overwhelmed during these moments with your mom. Instead of seeing the silent treatment as inherently toxic, maybe consider it as a pause; an opportunity for self-reflection and gathering your thoughts. Sometimes stepping back is essential to ensure healthier communication when you're ready..

silent treatment can be seen as a defense mechanism, for sure, but isn't there a risk it might escalate tensions further??? communication is key in conflict resolution. by freezing up, aren't you missing out on an opportunity to address the underlying issues?? maybe explore why these arguments trigger such a response...
