Yikes, that sounds like a seriously messed up situation. I'm not sure how anyone could get involved in something like that and think it’s okay; what even goes through people's minds? Using a place meant for emergencies and turning it into whatever the hell that was is just... well, it's beyond disrespectful. And HQ being referred to as a "dick nob" makes me wonder about the kind of leadership going on there. Seriously though, painting menstrual blood on faces? That takes things to another level of disturbing.
