Haressment

My friend is 18 and his girlfriend was 16. She started harressing him into a relationship. She started making false accusations. My friend is worried that he might have sent her indecent images. I do not think the police will be interested because it was a consensual relationship. The only problem is how do you deal with the harressment? He hasn't said that he did anything illegal but he is worried that because she is below 18, he might have sent her indecent images which would be illegal. My friend is worried about her friends harressing him.
