I'm really struggling to make sense of what's happening. Lately, I've noticed some really odd behavior from my girlfriend; it's freaking me out! So she left her phone unattended while showering (yeah, I know, I snooped) and saw a mysterious text message pop up 😕! It's getting weird because she's also been coming home unusually late from work. I thought at first maybe it was just extra hours or something but no explanation comes with it lately... I've asked her if everything's alright and she just brushes it off with vague answers!!

Then there's the phone thing... She's started being more secretive with her phone which caught me off guard. Sitting next to her on the couch used to be chill but now it feels like I'm sitting next to Fort Knox when she's using it. You ever feel that way? Like someone's keeping secrets right under your nose?! It drives me nuts!! With everything going on, I'm starting to doubt if I'm being paranoid or if there's actually something fishy going on here...

I get people need privacy and all that but isn't trust supposed to go both ways?? We've always been open about these things so why all the secrecy now??? She doesn't realize how much this gnaws at me inside! I've got friends who've gone through stuff like this and they ended up finding out their partners were unfaithful! Honestly, it's eating at me and making it hard to concentrate at work 😩.

Am I reading too much into this or what? Could there be any other explanation for this shift in behavior? Shouldn't couples communicate better than leaving one party in the dark like this??? Gosh!!! Maybe I should confront her directly but what if it's all in my head??
