I remember back in my school days we had a couple who would argue loudly and that was even more distracting; Maybe find a way to ignore it or focus on your work instead? Not everyone is really into public displays of affection, but if it's too much of an issue maybe it’s worth bringing up to a teacher?

omfg me too girl. in my fourth period, there's a furry couple. I sit across from them so they constantly are saying weird sht like, "my honeysuckle platypus flavored gummy bear's feeling sad?" and when i tell them to stfu, they just kiss more. i feel u twin
