so like i was sittin there chillin after dinner, just minding my own business, when boom! 😲 suddenly i hear my parents goin at it about money... again!!!! seriously, can we not have a single meal without this drama??? it's like they wait until the plates are cleared to start their financial boxing match!! and lemme tell ya, the tension was thicker than grandma's gravy. 🙄 what are we supposed to do with all this stress now huh? like what's even gonna happen during the holidays??!
anyway, they're yellin stuff about credit cards or bank statements or some boring number crap that always goes over my head. but the whole time i'm just sittin in the other room like 'oh great here we go again'. dad's voice is all loud and growly while mom's got that high-pitched angry thing goin on. can't deal with this!! i’m tryna be relaxed but how can anyone relax with world war three in the kitchen?? 🙃
honestly don't know what they think they're gonna achieve by arguing like this... maybe they forgot we're all still here hearin everything??? ugh!!! guess i'll be mentally preparing for more of these awkward nights ahead. it's annoying as hell but whatever we'll survive somehow right? 🤷♂️
