fear of driving on highways

I kinda hate driving on highways!!! Honestly, got a new job that requires driving on them daily... like WTH?!! Anyway so I'm super anxious when it comes to merging or changing lanes at crazy high speeds!!!! Yesterday was the worst of all days... trying to merge onto this ridiculously busy highway and BAM, panic attack hits me. I'm just like oh great.. not today 🙈 Finally reached but missed an important meeting dude!!!! So yeah great start lol 😂 I need help, tips, anything!!!! Just driving me nuts (pun intended) you know! At least i can laugh at myself lol! I'm thinking about those cliché "fake it till ya make it" quotes, does that even work?? Really wanna get over this fear cuz I love my job 🙄
