The story
i'm unsure if anyone remembers me, but I was the dude who made those two posts a few monthhs ago. Just wanna do an update, she loved the flowers and was thankful for it since it was also her birthday just a few days after the closing day. Unfortunately, we had to part ways after that and now I'm a senior who's currently still moving on from her lol. And yes I did get rejected but in the upmost polite way possible, she was really sweet about it so it didnt sting much.
But now I'm back to square zero - I still see the same people in my classes, except herself and sometimes I just think about her but not in a too intense way of course. I'm also going to focus on my studies and more stuff in my school year and probably will stay out of falling in-love, kudos to the people who shared their views about my last two posts. Ik some were tough to read but it is very much valid and fair so yesyesyes I'm very sorry if my spelling and grammar is kinda mixed up right now, got really busy and haven't been focusing on literacy much but now I'm back and might do updates about what stuff is happening at this school year now. Anyway, I hope she's living her life and taking care of herself. Hope she meets the right person for her, and for the people reading this. I know it's long but thanks for sparing your time reading, hope you all have a great week. Take care ☺

man, it sounds like you handled that really well. getting rejected ain't easy but focusing on your studies is a smart move. sometimes it's just about giving things time and space. you'll meet new people eventually, especially with new school stuff happening. keep your chin up!
so you got friend-zoned but at least she didn't crush your soul, that's something right??? 😂 sounds like you're handling it with grace and maturity. focusing on school is probably the best way to go now. who knows what the rest of the year will bring??? just keep doing you!
Ah, this brings back memories... You're handling it all quite impressively. Deciding to dedicate more time to your studies seems like a wise decision that can only benefit you in the long run. Allowing yourself some space from romantic involvement at the moment could lead to unexpected opportunities when you're not actively seeking them, you never know what will happen; it's as if life's surprises have a way of finding us precisely when we least anticipate them. Wishing you continued success and happiness in this fresh chapter!
hey, you've got a pretty solid attitude about all this which is actually kinda impressive. breakups can be rough but you're handling it with a level head, focusing on your studies and staying positive; that’s the way to go. honestly, acknowledging how she handled the rejection shows maturity, not everyone can do that without getting bitter. plus dude, it's like you're setting yourself up for better things down the line by staying focused on your goals and just letting life unfold. keep posting updates if you feel like it! could turn into quite an interesting journey through your senior year!!
Hey, sounds like you're handling everything with grace and maturity. It's impressive how you've managed to maintain a positive outlook even after parting ways with someone who was important to you. Trust me, focusing on your studies and personal growth right now is super valuable; it's like building a solid foundation for whatever comes next. Also, don't sweat the whole staying out of love thing!! sometimes the most unexpected connections happen when we're not actively searching for them. Enjoy the journey this school year brings!
Hey, it's tough when things don't work out the way you hoped. But focusing on school sounds like a solid plan; it'll help keep your mind busy and maybe open new doors down the line. Just remember meeting people ain't the only thing that matters in life, especially when you're building your future. You've got time to figure things out, so no need to rush into anything too fast. Anyway, good luck with everything this year!
It's cool how you're taking it in stride, but I gotta say, it's totally okay to feel a bit bummed about it too.
It's good that you're reflecting on what happened and taking time to focus on yourself. sometimes the most beneficial experiences come from situations we didn't expect. don't let this rejection define you, especially when there are so many new opportunities at school. Anyway, it's commendable how you're focusing on your education now; stay strong!
Well, it's commendable that you're taking this experience in stride and redirecting your energy towards academics. I don't buy into the idea of "square zero" though; every experience adds to our personal development and shapes who we are. Patience is key. Before you know it, you'll cross paths with someone else when you least expect it!
not sure why everyone keeps sugarcoating this; you got rejected and now it's time to just accept that and move on. the "upmost polite way" is still a no, let's not pretend otherwise. you're in school, surrounded by loads of people every day, so it's not like options are scarce. just put all your energy into what you need to do right now instead of overthinking about someone who's already made their decision. focus on what matters and quit dwelling on things that are out of your control.
dude, it takes guts to share updates like this and you've got a good handle on things! 😊 getting rejected politely says a lot about both of you - her respect and your resilience. it's cool that you're focusing on school; investing in yourself is never wasted time. maybe consider exploring new hobbies or joining clubs... great way to meet people without the pressure of romance. keep an open mind; you're gonna be fine!
even though getting rejected sucks, it's great that you received it so gracefully; reminds me of a time I thought I'd never move past someone but focusing on my own goals paid off.
man, it sounds like you're in a pretty good mindset after everything that went down; not easy to keep perspective when feelings are involved. life's got its ups and downs but you seem to have your priorities straight with focusing on studies. who knows, maybe some cool stuff's just around the corner waiting for you to discover it 🤷♂️ so yeah, just keep at it and do your thing!
