Can stress cause chills?

The story

I’ve noticed something really weird happening at work lately. Whenever my manager throws a high-pressure project my way, I turn into a ball of stress. Totally normal, right? I mean, who wouldn’t feel the heat when deadlines are breathing down your neck?

But here’s the kicker. Along with the stress, I start feeling these bizarre chills. It’s like goosebumps are throwing a surprise party down my spine. I can’t help but wonder if there’s some crazy connection between the stress and these chilly vibes. Is this a thing? Do people get the shivers when they’re under pressure, or am I just losing it?

I’d really love to hear if anyone else has experienced this. Is it just me, or do others get these physical reactions when the work chaos ramps up? I mean, I kind of suspect that stress can trigger weird stuff in our bodies, but chills? That feels a little out there. Would love to hear your thoughts on this one!
