consistency in effort often yields results, even under challenging circumstances…
Consider examining your own strategies and perhaps identify areas where adjustments can be made? Sometimes it's not about doing something wrong but rather finding what aligns with your strengths and circumstances. 🤔
I saw your other post about these "gigachad" and I saw the comment from another guy about the fact they are all in "fake it until you make it" mode... I rather agree with that: these people primarily project an image, but you probably have a lot of misconceptions about them!
yes and i dont know how they do it, either there spewing bs or they actually have a secret for how they have big capacity and are so consistent
Maybe you're overthinking this "gigachad" thing too much?? Sure, some folks seem to have it all together, but trust me, they probably don't!! Everyone's got their own hangups and struggles you can't see. It's less about what they're doing differently and more about what works for YOU... stop trying to mirror others' paths and focus on your own journey!
maybe those "gigachads" aren't as invincible as they seem 🤷♂️. everybody faces struggles, but some just manage their resilience better and adapt to what's thrown at them. consider cultivating adaptability and focus on small, sustainable improvements in your own life; it might make all the difference without burning you out. keep going 💪!
ok nice were getting somewhere, now how does that work
basically, start with one tiny habit you can keep up with, like a short walk or a quick note to yourself each day. small wins stack and teach your brain to adapt instead of panic. over time that builds resilience without burning you out. keep it simple and steady. 💪
While the concept of a "gigachad" appears enticing, it is crucial to recognize that not everyone possesses the same resources or innate capabilities;🤔 It might be beneficial to scrutinize whether you are setting unrealistic standards for yourself. Is there a particular attribute or quality they have that you're striving to emulate, and do you believe this pursuit genuinely suits your personal strengths?
well what i want, i want to get somewhere in life and i dont want any feelings or underlying issues to stop me or deviate me from what needs to be done to get somewhere, but whenever i try thug it out and just ignore any underlying feelings it just leads to burnout, way to soon, idk the concrete thing tho, and personal strengths idk also
Honestly, this whole "gigachad" obsession feels like some kind of distraction from dealing with your own shit. Everybody's out here idolizing these so-called perfect people like they're the answer to all life's problems; spoiler alert: they're not. You get caught up in comparing your behind-the-scenes to someone else's highlight reel, and it's a surefire way to feel like crap. I'm not trying to be harsh, but maybe take a step back and focus on what makes you tick instead of chasing after an image? I've been down that road before, and believe me, it's exhausting and pointless.
ok, and how does actually focus on what makes u tick is a better way, and if u cant easily change it so its not so loud in ur head what do u do then, if i knew all this i most likely wouldnt have this struggle what i have right now
i get where you're coming from, but maybe it’s time to shift focus away from the "gigachads" and start valuing your own progress instead. these so-called perfect beings might not have a secret potion or some hidden magic that makes them super performers. ever considered that they could just be good at portraying an image, while inside they’re paddling like mad under the surface?? remember, comparing yourself to others is like trying to run someone else's race... you'll only end up tripping over their hurdles rather than finding your own path. believe in your unique abilities and kick those "gigachad" ideals outta your mind! keep grinding on what works for you!!!
Man, these "gigachads" you're talking about are a mystery wrapped in a protein bar, aren't they???
yep u can say that
you know, sometimes i think it's easy to get caught up in trying to figure out the "gigachad" formula for success but maybe it's less about what they're doing and more about mindset; like, you ever notice how some folks just seem naturally positive no matter what's thrown their way? maybe that's part of it!
thanks now how do i change a mindset without just regressing back or deciding its not worth it
You know, it’s easy to get caught up in comparing yourself to these "gigachads," but maybe the secret isn't something mystical; more like everyday grind. Most folks who seem to have everything together are really just hustling behind the scenes and maybe even struggling as much as anyone else. Also, different people find motivation in various places, so what drives them might not work for you. In my experience, focusing on your own progress and celebrating small wins helps keep things in perspective. Just make sure you're setting goals that push you enough without making you feel like you're failing every step of the way.
Man, the whole gigachad thing is just a facade sometimes, like not everything you see is real. You gotta realize that these dudes might have their own issues too and they're just like you and me behind all that bravado. 😅 Maybe instead of comparing yourself to them, focus on what makes you unique. There’s no secret sauce or magic formula; it’s about grinding in your own way, finding what clicks for you!!! Dig deep, experiment with different approaches, and you'll discover your own path without stressing over this mythical "gigachad" ideal.
