I've been experiencing an unprecedented level of distraction lately, and it's really starting to get on my nerves!!! It feels like I'm constantly zoning out, no matter what I'm doing or where I'm at. It's like my mind decides to go on a little vacation, leaving my body behind to deal with the mundanity of everyday life. And honestly, it's annoying!!! My zoning out episodes have started interrupting my schoolwork, my interactions with people, and even my hobbies.
