The story

what is the point of the NHS when they won't even see you when you need them to. But all they ever do is send you to the pharmacy and then the pharmacy turn round and say call the doctors and make an appointment as if the doctors weren't the one who sent / told you to go to the pharmacy. And when you go to try and get an appointment they ither give you one 2 weeks down the line or they say they don't have any or they manage to get you in on the same day.

And when that happens that is a mirical.

The doctors kepp telling me to get the same over the counter meds that other I can't take because they course issues with my stomach or the fact the meds don't work so I'm still in pain.

I am currently struggling with lower back pain.

The fact they keep recommending OTC meds you've already said wreck your stomach is piss-poor medication reconciliation, so stop accepting that useless loop and tell the GP plainly to document the adverse effects and review your lower back pain properly 😡

Being bounced from the doctor to the pharmacy and straight back is not healthcare, it is just pass the parcel with extra phone calls 😒; Tell the receptionist clearly that the recommended meds cause stomach issues and the back pain is still ongoing, because another pharmacy referral is plainly useless!!
