We haven’t really been talking since then she keeps telling me I need to confess to god and that I’m a sinner but I don’t want to quit vaping it helps with my anxiety so

I'm not religious (and the e-cigarette was invented long after religions, ahah sorry) but the best reason to stop vaping is for your health! I get it helps you but that doesn't seem safe for the long term...

Vaping is like a coping mechanism for your anxiety; I've been there too. It's frustrating when others don't understand why we rely on these things. My parents used to freak out about my habits too and it drove me nuts; you’re not alone. Honestly, sometimes you gotta prioritize your mental health and find balance, right? Just make sure to keep your vaping controlled and safe! Maybe someday they'll chill out and see your side of things?! Good luck! 🙌

it is understandable that vaping helps with your anxiety. but have you considered discussing alternative anxiety relief methods with them? maybe finding common ground would ease the tension 🤔 that said, it is important to also respect their perspective. maintaining open communication might be beneficial; is continuing vaping worth the conflict with your parents? (and for your health?)
